Grounded - Women's Group

Grounded - ACT, IPT - A Women's Skills group for stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self - criticism, and avoidance. Pairs ACT with interpersonal therapy to build flexibility, emotion regulation, self compassion, and healthier relationships and boundaries. Refer: women managing anxiety, stress or adjustment.
