Grieving Support Group "The Inner G of Grief"
Losing a loved one is one of the hardest journeys we walk through. Grief doesn’t follow a timeline, and healing doesn’t have one path. Whether your loss is recent or something you've carried for years, your grief is valid and you don’t have to carry it alone. We will meet every Wednesday at 7:45 pm for 6-week cycles. Only 6-8 members are a part of the group at a time. The group will remain open for the first 2 weeks and close the last 4 weeks. Looking forward to supporting you!

Wellness Group for Black Women "Radiant Inner G"
This group's goal is to support Black women in creating a balanced, nourishing lifestyle that prioritizes mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through shared experiences, culturally grounded support, and therapeutic tools, participants will explore what holistic wellness means for them, on their own terms. We will meet every Tuesday at 5:15 pm for 6-week cycles. Only 6-8 members are a part of the group at a time. The group will remain open for the first 2 weeks and close the last 4 weeks.
