My groups provide an opportunity for you to learn about yourself and examine how you behave in interpersonal relationships. Group therapy is an empirically validated treatment that is as effective, if not more so, than individual treatment for many people. Participants learn to communicate skillfully with heart and intimacy. The groups I lead help people understand and change problematic behaviors as well as feel more authentic and alive.
