Grief and Bereavement Support Group

There is no single solution to dealing with loss, each of us mourns the death of a loved one differently. While some people attempt to cope with their grief by themselves and do not want or need outside assistance, many others seek and find comfort in sharing the pain, anger, depression and other emotions they feel following a loss. Groups are places to work together to support one another; they are places where everyone gives and takes. We are here for you; you can talk or just listen. Maybe you just need a listening ear, or you need to get the world off your shoulders.
