Grief Support Group
Have you lost someone recently and are struggling with the emotions surrounding their passing? Would you like to find supports in your community that understand your emotions, thoughts, and feeling surrounding your experience? Join us to talk through your experience. This group meets in person on Fridays weekly, starting June 21st, 2024. This group designed for everyone - cost is by donation. Led by our Master's Interns, Keely L. and Kaitlyn Z.

Mothers of School Age Children Support Group
Learn how to: set boundaries, communicate needs, manage “mom guilt,” navigate anxiety, nurture friendships, and prioritize self care. Connect with other moms of young children who are balancing work, childcare, relationships, schools, and more! We’ll help you create a supportive community of peers to turn to for compassion, understanding, and resource sharing.
