Grief Support Group
The death of a loved one or a personal loss is often one of the most painful and stressful experiences in life. Grief is a journey that affects everyone in their own way. Connecting with others and sharing your stories frequently helps process these significant losses. Support groups aren’t for everyone, or sometimes we are not ready yet to talk about our grief in a group, but 2019 research shows that support groups can help ease the grieving process and reduce depression symptoms for some people. Asking for help can be a difficult step, but you are not alone.

Parenting Group
Parenting can be challenging and it carries a lot of responsibility. You may feel overwhelmed or feel as though you are on your own. It’s important to address these problems, and seeking the help of a therapist and/or parent support group can alleviate the stress. Sometimes a parent needs guidance reinforcing rules and setting boundaries for a child. If a person is going through a divorce, this can affect the children involved. Each of this issues can affect a family unit, and parent support groups assist with improving parenting skills and the relationships between the parent and child.
