Grief Process Group
Once-weekly process group for up to 10 adults experiencing grief, loss, bereavement, and related adjustments. Group members will be able to share their experiences at their own pace; explore coping skills, resources, and experiential activities; connect with others and offer mutual support; process meaning-making after loss.
