Grief & Loss Support Group
This group is for individuals who have experienced all kinds of loss: parents, friends, partners, other family members, children. This group will provide a trauma-informed, compassionate, supportive environment where grievers can share their experiences and connect with others. This space is open to adults of all identities, backgrounds and belief systems. . This group will meet virtually Wednesdays 4-5pm EST starting September 9th for 8 weeks. Session fee is $80, with sliding scale rates available. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to meet and answer any questions you have!

Let's Get Cyclical: A virtual community navigating chronic pelvic pain & reproductive conditions- including Endometriosis, Adeno, Fibroids, Interstitial Cystitis, & more. Formal diagnosis not required. Connect with others who understand what it's like to navigate the ups and downs of these conditions and find support on your journey. For adults all ages and stages (menopause, pre/post excision, post-hysterectomy, ect). Registration for group starting August 6th is now OPEN. We'll meet for 8 weeks.
