Grief & Loss Group: This support group provides a safe, compassionate space for individuals experiencing grief & loss to process emotions, share experiences, and receive support from others who understand. The group honors that grief is personal, non-linear, and experienced differently by each person. Specifically for those who have lost a parent. Goals: Normalize grief reactions & reduce isolation, increase emotional expression & coping skills and support adjustment after loss.
