I offer a grief support group approximately three times a year, depending on when I have five to seven participants. Empowered Relief (Chronic Pain)
I offer Empowerment Relief groups approximately three times a year, depending on when I have five to seven participants. Empowered Relief is an evidence-based, single-session pain management class created by Stanford University. The two-hour intervention teaches patients the neuroscience of pain, mindfulness principles, and cognitive-behavioral skills. It equips individuals with practical, daily tools to calm their nervous system and reduce pain, anxiety. Location will vary between in-person and online.
