Grief Group

Grief is not something we move through alone. This group provides space for both personal reflection and shared understanding. It is an ongoing weekly group. A two-month commitment is required, followed by two final sessions to support intentional ending and processing of the group experience. In our time together, we attend to the many ways grief can show up—emotionally, physically, relationally, and in everyday life. Over time, the group can offer a sense of connection, reduce isolation, and support a more integrated relationship with grief as it continues to unfold.

Attachment Group
This group is a small, confidential virtual process group designed to help you understand your attachment patterns and build more secure, fulfilling relationships. If you find yourself overthinking, over giving, pulling away, or struggling to feel secure in connection, this group offers a space to explore those patterns in real time. Through guided discussion, relational experiences, psychoeducation, and live feedback, you'll practice new ways of relating that foster greater emotional security, authenticity, and resilience. The group meets weekly for 12 weeks and is facilitated by Ashley Rijfkogel, Licensed Professional Counselor, specializing in attachment-based and relational therapy.
