Grief Group (Gathering in Remembrance)

This 10-week closed support group provides a compassionate space to process loss through psychoeducation, creative expression, somatic practices, and meaningful grief rituals. The group concludes with a community ofrenda and candle-lighting ceremony to honor loved ones through remembrance and connection. All are welcome.
