Grief Group for All Losses
This is a grief group supporting all types of losses. The group will meet virtually on Fridays in the early evening (start date TBD). There will be eight sessions over the span of four months. Sessions will consist of grief education and processing. Group members will be invited to learn about mindfulness, participate in ritual, and use creativity as a way honor our loved ones. All interested members will be invited to have a consultation call to determine next steps. Sliding scale available.

This is a virtual group meeting on Friday early evenings. This is an open group meaning that once you are a member you can drop in and attend when it's convenient for you. Topics will include coping strategies, mindfulness, creating boundaries, finding creative outlets and more. *Sliding scale available.
