Grief Group - Death of Parental Figure (Thursday)
***Reach out to join waitlist***This is a closed virtual grief group for young adults (18-35yo) who are mourning the death of a parental figure and are looking for a supportive community space to process their grieving journey with others who are going through a similar experience. The goal of this group is to provide a safe, warm environment to reflect on and share personal experiences with grief; learn coping tools; process the death of parental figures; and work towards finding meaning in and through these losses. Our time together will be a blend of individual and group reflection.
