Grief & Gratitude

Grief and gratitude often exist side by side. Rather than asking you to move on from loss or focus only on the positive, this monthly therapeutic support circle offers space to honor both. Through mindfulness, reflection, and shared conversation, we'll cultivate a compassionate community where all expressions of grief are welcome. Whether you're navigating personal loss, caregiving, burnout, or life's transitions, you'll find space to slow down, be witnessed, and reconnect with yourself and others. Meets the last Sunday of each month, 4:00–5:30 PM, at The Whole Soul Counseling in Fair Oaks.
