Grief for Those in Their 20's and 30's

Grieving in your 20s or 30s can feel deeply isolating, but you do not have to carry it alone. This 10-week virtual support group offers a dedicated, compassionate space for young adults mourning the death of a family member or close friend. Together, we will explore how grief manifests in the body, navigate the profound identity shifts that accompany major loss, and work on orienting your life around this new reality. Our goal is to help you connect with peers who truly understand, while honoring your individual, ongoing grief as a reflection of love. Starts July 26th.

Virtual Emotional Agility Group
Starting in August 2026, this virtual group explores Emotional Agility by Dr. Susan David. We will develop psychological tools to unhook from negative self-talk, regulate stress, and master emotional labeling. Participants will learn to treat difficult emotions with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment, using these internal signals to align daily choices with core personal values. This practice strengthens communication, prevents burnout, and empowers you to face career and relationship transitions with resilience.
