Grief and Loss Virtual Support Group

For Women ages 18+ in NC, who have experienced a loss. 5 Weeks: October 23rd, 30th, November 6th, 13th, 20th. Cost: $96 total (including taxes and fees). This virtual group will be led from a faith-based Biblical perspective. By providing safe support and encouragement from fellow participants I hope to discuss various models of grief, brainstorm triggers and discuss healthy coping strategies for your grief journey. A section on coping with the Holidays will be covered as we lead up to the holiday season. Numerous resources to be included for continued healing.
