This is a 6 session group. Sessions repeat throughout the year. Individuals coping with grief and loss are able to share their stories, remember loved ones or gain support for significant losses while safely expressing emotions, identifying symptoms of grief and learning strategies for healing and growth. Women's Divorce Support Group
This 8 week therapy group addresses the emotional upheaval that often accompanies the process of divorce in a woman's life. With opportunities for emotional support, participants learn about the stages of grief as they pertain to divorce, develop coping strategies and process the experience in ways that promote healing. Local resource information including ways to support children are also reviewed in this group.
