This group consists of a safe space for individuals who have experienced loss. This group will begin as co-ed and we will change and adapt if needed. Clinician will provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to assist the group in identifying and processing emotions related to grief and loss.
