Grief and Loss Group
Throughout life, there are many opportunities for crisis' to hit. A loss of a pet, accident, loss of a friend, peer, family member, colleague, or loss of a position, income, job, childlessness, divorce, and many more examples can topple one's world. This class provides time of sharing and also teaches healthy strategies to rise above and to heal. There are five stages of grief, and one will normally vacillate between the stages during their healing; but sometimes-we get stuck in a stage.

Anger Management, Domestic Violence Education
Anger Management: social skills, communication skills, coping tools, cognitive distortions with automatic thinking errors, and support systems. Our classes are certified and do comply with court requirements and Orders. With conflict resolution, the knowledge of boundaries then our group members are more able to speak assertively to the issues and feel empowered. A&D Prevention is also certified for court Ordered classes and teaches multiple issues that pertain to alcohol and drug addictive behaviors, triggers, relapse prevention, cognitive distortions and how to reframe, with random drug screens provided at an added 35.00 cost for screen.

Marriage/Couples and Parenting Class
Conflict Resolution, Edifying, and Forgiveness tools provided, working on communication, boundaries, Life Skills of Character, enhancing emotional sensitivity to increase empathy, anger management, thought distortions and reframing; and other like skills in order for the couple to grow. We do provide premarital counseling and divorce recovery as well. Parenting Class is a certified class for Court Ordered members and for parents who have parenting concerns teaching skills to help children to learn how to be solution focused, compliant, respectful, and have life skills that include conflict resolution. We also educate with special needs parenting skills.
