Good Enough Moms Support Group

This is a peer support group (currently on zoom) for new moms and second time moms who have an infant who is up to 12 months old. The Good Enough Moms Support Group meets weekly, and we often talk about the following issues: sleep, feeding/breastfeeding, relationships with partners and family, self care, isolation and how to avoid it, and parent-infant attachment.
