Girls Mental Health Support Group

This is an after school, in-person group for the teenage girl in your life. Any girl from the age of 12-18 is invited to join this support group. Your child will have the opportunity to grow in their skills of coping with and processing emotional difficulties. Topics include: understanding emotions, processing emotions, communicating emotions, coping well, protecting self-esteem, healthy relationships, and caring for the mind & body. Your teen will have the opportunity to meet other girls and to develop healthy relationships. She will gain tools in navigating the difficulties of becoming a teenager.
