Girls in Motion

Girls in Motion is a closed, small-group program designed for teen girls (ages 12–16) who are navigating emotional growth, identity development, stress, anxiety, or family and school challenges. This group blends movement, expressive arts, and play-based therapy to help participants build self-esteem, develop coping skills, and form healthy peer connections in a safe, supportive environment. Led by bilingual clinician, the group integrates trauma-informed, strengths-based, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-inspired approaches to foster emotional awareness, self-regulation, and empowerment. Each session encourages creativity, movement, and mindful expression as tools for healing and connection.
