"Girls Empowerment Group"-grades 3-5
This after-school group focuses on healthy self-esteem and body image. It promotes leadership and social skills, where members learn how to manage healthy relationships and deal with peer pressure. The group incorporates cognitive behavior techniques, activity based learning and coping skills. The group runs for 8 sessions and is limited to 6 participants. The group is hosted by two highly experienced clinicians; Margot LaFortune Flionis, MA, MSW, LICSW and Elizabeth Jeffery, MSW, LICSW.

"Coping with Anxiety"-CBT for Adolescents
This unique stress management group supports your child's transition to middle school. Group participants will learn cognitive behavioral and mindfulness skills through an evidence-based curriculum, which has proven to be successful for adolescents. Members will learn weekly coping strategies and will focus on practicing social problem solving skills through interactive and engaging activities. The goal of this small, time-limited group is to ease the transition to middle school. The group will meet in person for 8 weeks and is limited to 6 members, co-facilitated by two highly experienced clinicians; Margot LaFortune Flionis, MA. MSW, LICSW and Elizabeth Jeffery, MSW, LICSW.

This after-school emotion regulation group for elementary children teaches cognitive behavioral and mindfulness skills through hands-on activities.
