Girls Art & Games Playgroup - Preschool Ages 4 & 5
Art is a natural way for children to explore emotions, practice teamwork, and develop empathy and respect for others - all while having fun! Our art therapy group is designed specifically for girls to build essential social skills in an enjoyable and supportive environment. Led by a certified art therapist, each session blends creative expression with guided activities to help children improve confidence, connect with peers, and communicate effectively. The Arts & Games Playgroup for preschoolers will focus on sharing, direction following, play skills, and include a sensory craft.

Some children need a little extra support feeling comfortable with peers—especially those who are shy, slow to warm up, or experience mild worries in social situations. This art therapy group provides a gentle, creative space where children can practice social skills, emotional expression, and flexible thinking through hands-on art and LEGO® activities. Predictable routines, warm guidance, and opportunities for low-pressure participation support children as they gain comfort and enjoy group interactions. Through guided play, collaborative challenges, and social-emotional lessons, children strengthen the skills that help friendships grow.
