Girls Anxiety Group

Is your daughter experiencing irritability & difficulty concentrating? Anxiety impacting her school work? An increase in headaches or stomachaches? Anxiety in social situations? Fear/avoidance of trying new things? This group will help your teen to identify faulty thinking + triggers and develop + implement coping strategies. 6-week group (75 min sessions); Ages 12-14 and 15-17; 6-8 participants per group | $450 per person for the 6 week group ($75 per group)
