Girl Talk

Girls will develop healthy relationships which will serve as a bridge to healthy communication. They'll learn to build positive relationships with others through group counseling, mentoring, & experiential activities. Our goal is to empower & create lasting change in their lives which will help navigate through the adversity of life. Through laughter & skill building girls learn how to cope & apply healthy alternatives to challenges. Benefits of Groups: Improved self-esteem, receive emotional support, resolve inner conflicts, deal with feelings/behaviors that are negatively impacting life, acquire skills to successfully navigate through everyday situations with greater confidence, etc.
