An ongoing group that meets online on Tuesdays from 1-2 pm, est, aimed to bring you from feeling hurt, confused, depressed and isolated to feeling confident, empowered, savvy, and prepared. Handling narcissistic abuse takes great skill and awareness. In this group, we share stories, strategies, and insights. All participants gain greater levels of understanding of the psyche of the narcissist, why they choose their targets. and how to become narcissist-proof in the future.

Group for the Neurodivergent
This is a group for teens challenged with issues of neurodivergence (ADHD, OCD, sensory, autism,etc.) to get together online and swap stories, tips, struggles, and successes. Participants must be willing to participate in the group. Historically, this group has been fun and provides a safe place for participants to share and learn.
