This is a diverse virtual group for those identifying as female who have experienced trauma. The group is focused on how to cope today with previous trauma. We use elements of IFS, mindfulness, and interpersonal strategies. We meet on alternate Fridays from 11:30-1:00. We focus on such topics as boundaries, relationships, trust of self and others, managing symptoms (anxiety, depression, flashbacks, nightmares, etc.), communication, and self-advocacy. We do not compare pain. Everyone needs a place to feel safe and understood, and we try to make this group just such a place. Contact me if you are interested!

In my work as a family therapist I have seen a growing need to support family members/spouses/children of individuals with high conflict personality organizations. This group allows space for processing events, idenifying family dynamics that perpetuate conflict, needs for boundaries and coping with the emotional recovery and maintenance of these relationships when possible

It is possible to work while attending our program. If you have a substance use issue that you feel interferes in your family/work/ or just parts of your life, this program may be for you. A wounded soul is known for its dysfunctional cycles, uncontrolled emotions, and damaging mindsets. We are here to go deep, to dive into conversations about inner healing and transformation, to discover what is preventing us from being made WHOLE and empower us to rise above the surface of our lives and authentically thrive in who we were created to be. This group will bridge both biblical and therapeutic principles to bring an understanding of the SOUL- where your intellect, will, affections, and emotions have occupancy.

Recovery Can Mean Different Things: This group is a good fit for adults seeking recovery from substance misuse, however they define that process. There is no universally agreed-upon definition of recovery. For some, recovery means complete abstinence from alcohol & other drug misuse. For others, it means moderation while reducing negative consequences. Considering making changes to your use is also an important part of the recovery process. We understand that this is a personal decision, and honor wherever you are in the process of change.

I focus on treating substance use and trauma.

This group is a healing-centered space created for women-identifying survivors of sexual trauma who are seeking deeper emotional healing, connection, and self-compassion. Our purpose is to support one another in rewriting the beliefs that trauma may have planted beliefs rooted in shame, guilt, or self-blame and to begin transforming those narratives with kindness and love. Through shared experience, guided discussions, and practical self-compassion techniques, we will work together to reconnect with the parts of ourselves that endured pain and offer them the love. This group supports your healing, empowers your voice, and reminds you, you’re not alone.

I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression, recognizing how these issues often intertwine and impact each other.
