I'm Jenna, therapist and founder of Gentle Minds Therapy! With a specialization in teens and young adults, I utilize relational techniques to cultivate a safe, judgment-free environment. I believe in maintaining a balanced lifestyle, which I encourage for each of my clients as well. Most of my work is with adolescents/young adults, though I offer parent coaching, family sessions, and academic/career support. Specializing in anxiety, autism, life transitions, ADHD, self esteem, and LGBTQ+, I tailor each session to what each client(s) need. I can't wait to meet you!
