General Therapy Group (Practically any Topic)

The only group of its kind in the region. Whatever your struggles, this group offers expertise and support. For example, you may avoid/procrastinate on things to do to overcome any one or more of: anxiety, depression, or situations around LGBTQ+* topics. We meet every two weeks and group members consistently remark of its value and accept that it is okay to invest in themselves. Please email for more information. *Note: You don't need to be anxious/depressed/LGBTQ+ to join, but must be comfortable around those subjects.
