General Psychotherapy and Support - Women over 60
Women-centered support - long term and ongoing. This is 'here and now' focused, pychodynamic therapy. This is a support group for Women over 60 and also identify as a family caregiver. Two groups - every other tuesday and every other thursday (each group meets twice monthly in the afternoon 12:30-2PM Central Time or early evening 5-6:30PM Central Time). Women and LGBTQ+ support - long term and ongoing. This is 'here and now' focused, pychodynamic therapy. Thursday evening group (each group meets twice monthly in the evening 6:30-8pm Central Time). Support for adults who identify as Female/LGBTQ+ Allies and LGBTQ+ individuals. We have members in various stages of gender transition. This is a very supportive group where members experience vulnerability and safety so they can heal and live their truth. Contact Michelle directly for more info and to be considered for a group.
