Gay Men's Virtual Process Group
Led by Roland Scheppske, LPC, this weekly* virtual process group is for those identifying as gay cis men ages 18+ years old. This group is capped at 8 participants and focuses on boundary setting, families of origin, self-compassion, trauma, self-esteem, relationships, interpersonal skills building, self-advocacy, identity formation, and more. This group only meets 3 weeks out of the month.

Asexual Spectrum Process Group
Chloe Goldbach and Roland Scheppske are leading an ongoing interpersonal process group for anyone 18+ years old who identifies on the asexual or aromantic spectrums. This group is capped at 8 participants and focuses on self-compassion, asexual identity exploration, self-esteem, peer relationships, self-advocacy, and more.
