Gaming Group for Teens

Gaming group for teens offers group-based gameplay that promotes communication, collaboration, and social cue recognition. Led by therapist Daniel Grenchik, LPCC, the group is particularly beneficial for teens experiencing ADHD, OCD, Neurodivergence, and/or social challenges. Therapeutic benefits include: Identity exploration through character creation and development; Narrative therapy as players tell their stories through fantasy personas; Executive function skills like planning, organization, and adaptability are organically practiced; Safe emotional expression by projecting struggles, strengths, and fears onto fictional characters; and Improved social cohesion with peers facing similar challenges.
