G.A.T.E. empowers individuals through role play and tabletop games to develop skills that enhance their growth both in and outside therapy. Our game-based CBT groups are tailored by age, developmental stage, diagnosis, interests, and goals. Clinicians and trained assistants guide participants through role-playing and collaborative play. We also offer social skills groups for various levels of support, where individuals can build confidence, resilience, and connection. Rates vary by group type and individual needs, ensuring accessible, meaningful support for each person and their community.
