The structure includes a mixture of psychoeducational, skills, experiential, and process. Assignments and homework are given weekly, and discussed/processed the following week. TASK groups are more structured and have required supplemental readings/meditations that coincide with each assigned topic/task. Note: requires a commitment to completing all 24 weeks.
