Mens Group that focuses on sexual problems, sexual addiction, intimacy concerns, pornography addiction, and infidelity. The group discusses the role that childhood trauma can play on such issues.

Thank you for taking the time to explore my approach to therapy. I have over 5 years of experience working with people to heal trauma. Traumatic events could include any experience a person perceived as threatening. My therapeutic modality is using a combination of Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Internal Relationship Focusing (IRF). I believe each client's body has the wisdom to guide us, client and therapist, through the resolution of trauma symptoms. I love to work with people who have spent considerable time in talk therapy and are now looking for alternative approaches.
The level we grieve shows the depth of the loss. At times, we get stuck in part of the grief cycle, or we may feel completely alone and believe that no one understands. We start to feel that our grief may be a burden on others and/or friends/family members don't want to hear about our loss anymore. In this group we will come together to process the stages of grief utilizing mindfulness and other techniques that allows healing to begin. You are not alone.
