Futures Academy - Self-harm, Suicide Prevention
This is a highly effective proven strategy for middle schoolers or high schoolers and their parents who are struggling with cutting, self-harm and suicidal thoughts and behaviors. This group includes topic sharing, creative therapies and games. It is aimed at helping youth learn to manage their emotions effectively. Parent support is available.
