Coming Home to Our Body: Healing Our Body Stories
***NOW ENROLLING FOR WINTER 2026-2027*** A supportive group for people who are or have been overweight or obese, and who want to explore their relationship with their body through a lens of compassion and curiosity. Together, we’ll look at how lifelong messages about weight and worth have shaped our inner stories — and begin to rewrite them in ways that foster self-acceptance, respect, and connection. This is not an eating disorder group. While some may relate to patterns like emotional or binge eating, our focus is on understanding and healing our relationship with our bodies — learning to come home to ourselves with kindness.
