Rebuilding After break up/Divorce
Break up/Divorce/end of a love relationship is a painful life experience. Based on the work of Dr. Bruce Fisher. It is designed to help you heal, experience self-growth, and gain insight into yourself and the dynamic of the relationship you were in. We use the Rebuilders book and workbook (included in the cost) as a guide. Participants take the Fisher divorce/breakup adjustment assessment at the beginning and end of the program. Healing from Narcissistic Abusive relationships
This group is for women who are in or have been in a narcissistic, abusive/ controlling relationship with an intimate partner, family member, etc. I have both personal lived experience and work individually as a certified NA psychotherapist trained by Dr. Ramani and other experts. The focus of the group is to heal, gain insight, and learn the behavior patterns of those with antagonistic personalities that leave others in a state of emotional pain, confusion, and self-doubt. You will feel empowered instead of frustrated. Learn strategies and communication skills to disarm the narcissist and not feel alone.
