Friday Noon Zoom - Men's Recovery Process Group

Structured Zoom recovery group for men in Oregon working through addiction, including porn, sex, alcohol, and marijuana. Each 50-minute session includes mindfulness, honest sobriety check-ins, relapse accountability, and therapist-facilitated process with real peer connection, questions, and feedback. Limited to 6 members to ensure depth and accountability. 3-month commitment. Current cycle runs April 15–July 15 (Fridays at noon). Insurance accepted (Kaiser, OHP, CareOregon, Moda).
