Friday - Men's Mental Health and Confidence Group
Starting July 11, 2025: First Step Wellness will be offering group sessions for men aged 21-30 that address these challenges. This workshop will focus on concerns related to confidence, engaging in topics regarding what confidence is, common misconceptions about confidence, and how to manage stress surrounding such concerns.
