Freshman Launch: Thriving in College with ADHD

Starting college with ADHD doesn't have to mean figuring everything out on your own. Freshman Launch is designed to help you begin your college journey with greater confidence, practical skills, and ongoing support. Connect with other incoming freshmen who understand the ADHD experience while learning strategies to stay organized, manage your time and stress, follow through on responsibilities, and navigate the increased independence of college life. Through practical skill-building, encouragement, and accountability, you'll be better prepared to make a successful transition and thrive during your first semester. Facilitated by Dr. Shelli Jackson, licensed psychologist and ADHD specialist.

You will learn practical, ADHD-friendly strategies that feel doable--not overwhelming--to help you smooth out the rough spots in life. You will draw inspiration from others, gain greater self-compassion, emotional resilience, and a sense of relief that you're not the only one.
