Freedom from Panic Two-Day Intensive

Enrolling for Fall 2026. This two-day intensive is designed for adults with panic disorder. If you've done therapy, read the books, and still find yourself rearranging your life around your body's alarm system, this program is for you. The Freedom from Panic Intensive uses interoceptive and situational exposure to help you face what you've been avoiding. This is not a support group or a stress-management program. It's active, uncomfortable at times, and clinically focused. Held in Atlanta. Intended to complement, not replace, your existing treatment. $697 for two three-hour sessions.
