Free Workshop - Somatic Trauma Resolution
For Interns, Trainees and First-year Licensees. In this experiential and didactic workshop, we will explore and discuss the basic principles of resolving trauma in ourselves and others, from a somatic perspective. The workshop will last for three hours, with time for questions throughout, with the possibility of a follow-up session at a later time if the need is present. The workshop will take place on Zoom, Day and Time to be determined based on availability of participants. Somatic Experiencing® Trauma Healing/Support Group
This in-person group is designed for people who would like to heal from past traumas of any type in the supportive, nourishing company of others who are there for the same reason. The benefits are quality trauma therapy at a lower cost than individual trauma therapy, and the shared healing and connection that take place when people heal together somatically in a supportive group setting. The group will cost $75 per week. Participants will be required to pay a month in advance, regardless of attendance for the month. A six-week commitment will be asked at the start.
