If you are struggling with layers of issues that are taking place within yourself as well as the challenges in the world around you, I have a deep compassion for those who are in need of someone who will truly listen to their heart's concerns and assist them in navigating a peace in their minds and create balance in that world. These persons long to be heard, respected, accepted, and supported as they grasp the strategies needed for restoration and healing for their whole self.
When I am invited to engage a journey with a client, we are coming together to obtain the skills needed to create a balance of mind, body, and spirit - the wholeness of self. I am passionate in treating those who are challenged with depression, anxiety, grief, gender, sexuality, mood disorders, trauma/crisis, and more. Serving the ages of 4yrs and up.
Drawing from my own experiences, education, and faith-based background, I would appreciate the opportunity to join in your journey to a healthier self by helping you discover love for yourself and to channel that love to create a positive impact throughout your community. A safe-space support group dedicated to the transgender community. Here you will find compassion, support, and courage to share in your journey while obtaining motivation and insight from the journey of others. There is no fee, however, donations are welcomed in efforts to support those who identify with this population that may need individual therapy. Due to the world-wide pandemic, these meetings are being held through a telehealth platform.

Free to Be Me

This group was created to support adolescent teen girls and boys to have a space where they can come together and share their experiences and challenges from home life, school studies, personal issues, and the more recent challenge of dealing with a pandemic and the isolation it brings. The girls meetings are held every 1st and 3rd Tuesdays. The boys meetings are held every 2nd and 4th Tuesdays. These meetings rotate in 12-week sessions, via telehealth at this time. The cost is $15 per person, each meeting. Servicing ages 13 to 18 yrs.
