Free Dissociative Identity Disorder Support Group
Meet peers who have DID/OSDD, give and share support and wisdom about how to navigate being a system, and develop a sense of community and belonging in this facilitated group! We start with a grounding or mindfulness exercise, do a brief check-in, move on to shares and feedback, and close with a check-out activity. This is a respectful, inclusive space, where all parts are welcome. Meet other teens who have DID/OSDD, connect about how being a system shapes your experience of growing up, and develop a sense of community and belonging in this facilitated support group! We do grounding exercises, check-ins, and shares and feedback. This is a respectful, inclusive space, where all parts are welcome. Regular attendance helps members develop a sense of safety and consistency, and members are encouraged to bring their own ideas for grounding activities. One in every six groups is a parent group, focused on education and peer support.

Weekly Online Early-Career Consult Group
Connect with other early-career clinicians and explore your work with severe and complex cases from a trauma-informed psychoanalytic lens. We focus on the sort of patients that push us beyond where we think we can go, such as cases of suicidality, DID, or psychosis. We use case presentations and readings ranging from Ferenczi and Searles to Alvarez and Gurevich, and we try to choose readings and cases that complement one another.
