If you believe in the power of forgiveness or curious about what it might look like to truly walk through that process, you may also recognize how difficult it can be to move from intention to emotional freedom. This trauma-informed group offers a supportive space for adults who want to work through the emotional pain of past hurts, betrayal, or unresolved relational wounds. When resentment, anger, or grief remain unprocessed, they can shape how we see ourselves and others, often manifesting as mistrust, rumination, or difficulty finding peace. Participants will have opportunities to acknowledge the impact of past wounds and begin releasing emotional burdens.

Sexual Trauma Healing Group for Women (Virtual)
This group is a healing-centered space created for women-identifying survivors of sexual trauma who are seeking deeper emotional healing, connection, and self-compassion. Our purpose is to support one another in rewriting the beliefs that trauma may have planted beliefs rooted in shame, guilt, or self-blame and to begin transforming those narratives with kindness and love. Through shared experience, guided discussions, and practical self-compassion techniques, we will work together to reconnect with the parts of ourselves that endured pain and offer them the love. Healing Childhood Wounds Group (Virtual)
This reparenting group is for adults who have begun their healing journey in therapy but still feel the emotional aftershocks of growing up in dysfunctional or emotionally neglectful families. Whether you were ignored, controlled, parentified, criticized, or emotionally abandoned, these early wounds often become the root of low self-worth, shame, and disconnection from the self. We will use inner child work, self-compassion practices, and elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS) to gently explore your early experiences, nurture the parts of you that still carry pain, and begin to reparent yourself with the safety and validation you may not have received as a child.
