Join Jen, André, and Donna, being immersed in the woods, while experiencing different art forms including: a mindful forest therapy journey to connect within and with our surroundings, sound healing with gong and various instruments, and plein air (outdoor) art with pastel chalks. Snacks, tea, art supplies, ample shade, and bug spray will be provided. Bring your own lunch. Restrooms and parking close by.
