Food and Mood Freedom Deep Dive
Food and Mood Freedom Deep Dive is an eight week therapist-facilitated group for adults recovering from emotional eating and who need support, processing and accountability. Do you find yourself surrounded by others who are constantly critical of themselves and their bodies and struggle with their food and eating? You will be adults in the Deep Dive group who are also using their recovery skills to be more positive about themselves, their bodies and their relationship with food and eating. You already have learned the skills, this therapy group will help you to stay accountable to your health and recovery.

The Food and Mood Freedom 101 is an eight week education group that identifies and targets the emotional root causes of your struggles with food, mood, weight, and eating. This group helps you to identify how, when, and where your emotions and thinking patterns about food, mood, weight, and eating developed. You will learn to use skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Exposure Response Prevention Therapy so you don't have to use food. Develop confidence and competence so you can free your time and energy to do the things you really want to do!

The Food and Mood Freedom 102 is an eight week education group that identifies and targets the nutritional root causes of your food, mood, weight, and eating struggles. In addition to mindful eating, hunger/fullness, meal planning, purchasing, and preparation, you will also learn how your digestive health, brain health, and hormonal health impacts your behaviors around food, mood, and eating. Free yourself from the stress and tension that comes along with food, mood, weight and eating. Build your confidence and competence as you learn new strategies and make decisions about food and eating that are enjoyable, acceptable and sustainable!
